Each year, the Conference features a dynamic mix of speakers representing government, advocacy, philanthropy, research, and grassroots leadership.
In 2025, speakers included elected officials, agency leaders, nonprofit executives, funders, advocates, and community members with lived experience, which created conversations that were both grounded and forward-looking. Speakers are selected not only for their expertise, but for their ability to connect systems, policy, and real-life impact.
The 2026 speaker lineup will continue this tradition, centering women leaders who are shaping NYC’s future across health, safety, economic justice, civic life, and governance.
